 BULBROKERS is a non-banking financial institution holder of a Licence to Perform Activities as an Investment Intermediary No. РГ-03-0009/14.07.2008, duly issued by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission.

 BULBROKERS holds a certificate № BGR00173 issued by the Bulgarian National Bank, certifying that the company is registered as a financial institution according to art.3, par.2 of the Law for the Credit Institutions. 

 BULBROKERS is subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with reg.No. 544872.

  BULBROKERS is registered by the Romanian National Securities Commission.

 BULBROKERS holds a certificate № 0022683 issued by the Commission for Personal Data Protection, certifying that the company is registered as a personal data administrator. 

 BULBROKERS is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund.
