During the Asian session the USD/JPY rose to 111.574, but later auctions were renewed and the yen rose to 110.620 from which managed to repel and eventually closed at 110.970 yen per dollar which record daily decline of 29 pips.
On Thursday, gold broke its winning six daily series with a decline of 3.8 dollars a level of 1244.98, having previously managed a record high at 1253.19 dollars per ounce.
