Deposits and withdrawals

How can I fund my trading account?

There are 3 ways for this:

  1. Deposit the money in cash in any one of our offices (except Romania);
  2. Via bank transfer; 

The originator of the funds must always match the name listed as the Client on the trading account.
Clients’ funds deposited via credit and debit card (VISA and MasterCard) will be transferred back to the credit/debit card’s account!

Bank accounts

In case of bank transfers your account will be funded within 2 working days after the money is received in Bulbrokers’ account. Bank commissions are on the account of the client. In case of transfer of money different than the account’s base currency a currency conversion is made according to Bulbrokers’ rates.

How can I withdraw money?

The ways are:

  1. In our offices link to contacts (except Romania); 
  2. Via bank transfers:
  • If you have already declared the bank account in which you want to receive your money then you only need to fill and send us a Withdrawal request form. The request should be duly filled in, signed by the account holder and with date inserted. Please, send a scanned copy to [email protected] or to fax number: 00 359 2 4893 788. 
  • If you have not declared the bank account in which you want to receive your money, first you need to download and fill in an Update Information Form. Then, send a scanned copy to [email protected] or to fax number: +359 2 4893 788 together with the Withdrawal request form both duly filled in, signed by the account holder and with date inserted.

3. Via credit/debit card

Clients’ funds deposited via credit/debit card (VISA and MasterCard) will be transferred back to the credit/debit card’s account!

In case a client has deposited funds via credit/debit card and via another payment methods, the withdrawal of funds via credit/debit card will be prioritized.

Are there any commissions when depositing or withdrawing money?

If you are depositing money in cash, there are no commissions. If you are making bank transfer there are commissions due to the bank.
If you are withdrawing money in cash up to BGN 1 000 there are no commissions, in case of withdrawal of more than BGN 1 000 in cash the commission is 0.2%.
In case of cash withdrawal if the BGN equivalent is less than BGN 1 000 there are no commissions; if the BGN equivalent is more than BGN 1 000, the commission is 0.4%.

When withdrawing funds to Skrill and PayPall accounts, there will be commission charged as follows:
PayPal – 3.4% + 0.35 EUR
Skrill – 1.9% + 0.25 EUR
