Stock exchange privatization

• Bulgarian Telecommunication Company (BTC)
  The biggest privatization deal in Bulgaria, done trough the stock exchange (January, 2005). 34.8% of the capital of BTC was privatized through a public offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
• Bulgartabak Holding - the first and the biggest privatization in the Bulgarian tobacco industry
  12.8% of the capital was privatized through a public offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
• DZI – privatization of 20% of the capital of the national insurance institute trough a public offering on the BSE-Sofia
• Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Production - Privatization of 49% of Oil and Gas Exploration and Production through a public offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange

Secondary public offering (SPO)

• Elkabel - Sale of 90% of the share capital on the stock exchange
• Bulgarian River Shipping - Sale of 30% of the company’s share capital on the stock exchange
• Roseximbank - Listing of shares worth 46 million BGN
• Albena- A 3% share buy-back programme.
• Aroma - Listing of the shares of one of the largest Bulgarian cosmetics firms on the local stock exchange.
