Bulbrokers organizes the current game in relation to the start of the new Forex and CFDs trading platform for beginners – BONO. The platform is web based, simplified and easy to use. 

In order to participate in the game you have to fill in the Registration form. Only persons of age +18 can take part in the game. The participation in the game is completely free and does not bind you to buy and/or use Bulbrokers’ products and/or services.

What you need in order to participate:

1. A demo account with virtual money and make 100 trades until 19/11/2012;
2. A real and active account, without the requirement to trade with it; (If you are a client of Bulbrokers with an active MetaTrader 4 account you already fulfill this requirement).

The current game is related to margin trade services only. The game does not comprise the other services and activities which are offered by Bulbrokers as a licensed investment intermediary and a financial institution.

To open a demo account we only need your name, valid e-mail address, phone number, city and country where you are from.

In order to open a real account you need to fill in the form with all personal data required for a contract. We will do all the rest and send you an e-mail with instructions how to proceed.

To activate a real trading account you need to deposit 100 EUR or 100 USD.

The requirement “Become a Facebook fan” is not prerequisite to participate for Fiat 500 69 Black jack or  Vespa LX50.

For the fulfillment of the requirement for 100 trades, will count all trades in all accounts, real including, yet the trades in the real accounts will be counted only by the explicit request of the participant.

The winners will be drawn in the presence of a notary. The winner will be obliged to use the prizes – branded car and scooter at least one calendar year after the draw without modifying, removing, hiding or changing in anyway the logo of BONO on them.

The pictures used are only for illustrative purposes, there might be changes in the way the vehicles are branded.

The names of the winners will be published on www.bonotrader.com . Bulbrokers will notify the winners at the contacts submitted in the day of the draw. If the participant plays for the 3rd level prize (The Monza Package) the notification will be on the Facebook page of BONO. The Organizer will do its best efforts to ensure that the winners are notified, yet will not be responsible in case of technical failures above its competences.

No cash alternatives are available for any prizes and prizes are non transferable.

Prizes not claimed by 01/09/2012 for F1 Monza package and 31/12/2012 for the other two prizes will remain in Bulbrokers’ favor.

By entering in the game, the participants declare and agree that they are submitting their personal data voluntarily as a prerequisite to take part in the game. The participants also give their explicit consent that the Organizer can use their data for the purposes of the game.
The participants give their explicit consent that the Organizer or persons authorized by it can use their personal data for the purposes of the direct marketing.

By entering in the game, the participants agree that in case they win a prize, their name, pictures or other personal data can be used by Bulbrokers in audio, video or advertising materials, and will not seek redress.

Registrations made after the deadline of the game or not complying with all requirements will not take part in the draw. If certain registration drops out, the next valid registration will be inserted until filling the limit of 3 000 accounts for the big prize Fiat 500 69 Black Jack.

The Prizes:

Fiat 500 69 Black Jack. In case the winner is outside Bulgaria, the transpоrtаtion costs will be on his personal account.

Scooter Vespa LX50. In case the winner is outside Bulgaria, the transportation costs will be on his personal account.

Package for 2 to Monza – includes air tickets, hotel accommodation and passes for the 3 days of the Monza Gran Prix, held between 07-09 September, 2012 at Parabolica curve. Hotel accommodations for the period 06-10 September 2012. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be provided. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided. Once travel tickets have been issued, the Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.

The use of more than one Facebook profile by only one participant will be deemed a violation of the rules of the game, as well as any other action which increases the chances to win a prize and does not meet the rules of the game.

In order to receive the prize, each winner will be asked for personal ID document or passport, and the data in it should match the data in the registration form.

Bulbrokers will not be liable for wrong or incomplete data in the registration forms. The organizer will not be held responsible for unsuccessful registrations, which are lost, damaged or delayed due to internet connection problems or any other technical issues which are beyond the competence of the Organizer.

The Organizer does its best efforts to ensure that the standard of the site and the platforms remain high but cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service due to technical issues, system or software failures.

In the current game cannot participate members of the board of directors of any of the companies within the structure of Alfa Finance Holding, employees of the holding and of the companies in which the holding has shareholder stake, and any person with whom they have a family relationship, or with whom they have relationship treated as family relationship.

Bulbrokers has the irreversible right to terminate this game at any time, and in such case the participants are not entitled to any compensation.

Bulbrokers reserves the right to terminate the game for a client for whom there is a reasonable doubt that is trying to manipulate the terms and the conditions of the promotion. The doubt will be enough reason for termination of the promotion for the client.

Disputes between Bulbrokers and the game participants related to the interpretation of the terms and conditions of the promotion shall be ruled by common consent and in case such cannot be reached, the disputes shall be referred for settlement to the competent court or to a arbitration court chosen by the parties.

A complaint submitted by a participant shall be considered by the investment intermediary according to the Rules for Internal Organization of Bulbrokers within 10 working days after the complained has been submitted, and when it should be examined on a board of directors meeting, for which the client will be duly informed – within 3 days after the meeting of the boards of directors has been held, the investment intermediary will send a written answer to the client.
