Ivan Nenkov, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ivan Nenkov has a leading role in forming and developing  the field of foreign investments on the Bulgarian financial markets and debt securities portfolio management. He has been participating in the development of the Bulgarian financial markets since 1992 and has occupied various managerial positions with local financial institutions.
Over the last 7 years, he has been focusing on transactions on the financial markets, corporate debt issuance, transactions in securities on Bulgarian Stock Exchange, М&А, the acquisition of Capital Bank, Skopje and Eurobroker, Skopje, an investment intermediary on the Macedonian market.
Mr. Nenkov participates in the overall management of the Financia Group companies.
Ivan Nenkov is co-founder and shareholder of Alfa Finance Holding, a leading Bulgarian financial and industrial corporation.

Rossitza Lissitchkova, Member of the Board of Directors

Rossitza Lissitchkova enjoys extensive experience in the field of managing financial institutions and economy’s real sector companies. She has occupied various managerial positions with local financial companies since 1992.
Over the last 11 years, Ms. Lissitchkova has been focusing on transactions on the financial markets, incorporation and further development of banking institutions, public offering of securities, privatisation deals structuring, as well as the acquisition of Capital Bank, Skopje and Eurobroker, Skopje, an investment intermediary on the Macedonian market. Currently, Rossitza Lissitchkova also occupies the post of Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Financia Group.

Radoslav Rachev, Executive Director

Radoslav Rachev acquired extensive experience in the field of capital markets and trading in securities in the capacity of a financial journalist with Capital weekly and Capital Markets Dealer at Bulbrokers. He holds a Certificate of complete course of studies for an exchange broker issued by Balli & University of Delaware, as well as an Investment Consultant Certificate No. 011-ИК/23.11.2001 issued by the Financial Supervision Commission. Since 1998, Mr. Rachev has been Executive Director of the Company.
